I have been on the program 9 weeks now. I have lost 25 pounds. The consultants have been wonderful. They have been very supportive and answered my questions. If you follow the guidelines you will be successful!
The coaches were always positive even when I slipped up. Yet they reminded me of my goal and journey always working to keep me on my path.
