Very supportive program with lots of direction and guidance!
I went from an extra large to an extra small! After gaining weight after college (I am 50 now, I’ve lost almost 50 pounds and I’m wearing a size 4 down from size 14. Jerusalem was my dietician and counselor. She knows what she’s talking about because she went through the program. She was always positive and believed that I could lose weight, even when I didn’t. Don’t be like me and wait, get to Sota right away! The staff are wonderful and make you feel like you have your own cheering section.
SOTA weight loss is working very well and the folks I've interacted with have been knowledgeable, positive, and helpful. The food is shipped quickly and most of it is tasty. I definitely have my favorites. The program makes sense and is fairly easy to follow particularly once you see the pounds fall off. The program is not cheap compared to other well known diet system brands, however, if you are willing to invest in your health and want to get real results it may very well be worth it.

The program is explained well, and made easy to follow.. The staff is very supportive, and understanding. It is clear that they value and care for their clients. This is the best decision I have made in choosing SOTA.

SOTA has been great. The food is good and never feel starved. By the time my stomach starts growling, I look at the clock and it's time to eat. I have lost 30 lbs and only have 10 more to goal. It's awesome. My old wardrobe is now my new-again wardrobe. It's amazing feeling.
