I lost 75 pounds in 6 months and it couldn’t have been easier. The ladies in the Garland office were encouraging and supportive the entire time even through the Corona virus shut down. I’ve been maintaining for 5 months and again the support, tips and encouragement have been fantastic. I can understand now how SOTA “losers” can maintain for the long term. It’s a great program.
