Best experience of my life
The experience was smooth and very cargile Felt as the staff was knowledgable and a delight to talk with The food products are not the best tasting but seem to fill you up, I am excited about the journey.
Grace Ann has an in depth grasp of the subject and communicates it extremely well. She remembers any and all considerations unique to each person’s situation and is prepared and willing to address and stay on top of them without reminders. Her answers and comments are fresh, not seemingly rote, although she has probably said many of them numerous times. PS. Excellent problem solver.
I lost 35 lbs in 12 weeks. Very friendly people to work with. Everyone is full of encouragement.

For the most part it is great but my weekly supplies have not been correct and it makes it hard to plan my week
The ladies at sota are very encouraging And knowledgeable. The investment is well worth the experience. When I slip back, they are quick to hey me back on track. I love them all!
Have mainly dealt with Jerusalem and Victoria.....and Diana on the desk. Great people and always positive.
