My SOTA team (Victoria, Jerusalem and the Garland team) set a goal for me to lose 60 lbs in 24 weeks. I thought this would never happen but I'd tried everything else. Well, guess what … I'm 9 weeks into the program and I've lost more that 1/2 my weight loss goal already! I was limited in the ability in exercise due to recent knee surgery. I’m on Day 73 (Week 11). I am so happy with the results so far. I do see myself hitting the goal with the help and encouragement from my SOTA team. Love the Garland location, always smiling and encouraging.

Sota is hands down the best place for losing weight. The coaches in Garland, Tx are phenomenal. They make you want to lose the weight and work hard because of the excitement and advice and friendly feel you get from the coaches.
The SOTA program and The ladies at the Garland/Firewheel location are a wonderful combination. Not only have I lost excess pounds i have been able to cut my blood pressure medication from 4 a day to 1 a day!!! That is SUCCESS!!!
