The SOTA program has completely restored my health and energy to my life. Everyone there are very supportive and encouraging. Expperience has been excellent so far. Thirty pounds lost as of today, which is 1\2 to my goal. Weekly counseling/weigh in sessions really help in adjusting the diet properly when I hit plateaus and don't lose much.

I must say that I was not enthusiastic about starting my diet when I first went to learn about their plan. My husband and I were looking at doing a diet together . He was ready to start immediately so we did. Everyone was so encouraging and enthusiastic that I also was glad to jump in with both feet. I have lost 30 ponds and have 8 more to go. It has been a great structure for me to lose weight at a pace that I’m comfortable with. The results are real and relatively fast.
SOTA is the best weight lose program. They make it easy to stick to on the go or with a busy schedule and it’s VERY effective. You lose so much weight very quickly! The staff is very encouraging and helpful, as well. You never feel alone on your weight loss journey! Everyone is so nice and helpful!
