The plan is teally working! The meditations available on-line are relaxing and inspiring.

After hearing numerous ads on the radio over several months, I finally stopped by the SOTA location in Firewheel and learned about the program. I needed a program to jump start weight loss as I had gained so much weight and was really uncomfortable. I went with the program and have stuck pretty close to the overall game plan. I can say it works, I’ve lost 80 lbs. The Firewheel location is my location and the staff is wonderful and very uplifting and motivating.
5 stars for the staff. Friendly and helpful. Quick to respond. 1 star for the food. It does not taste good. For the price this could be greatly improved upon. There are about 5 items I like and I stick to those week after week. 5 stars for the program outside of food. It works!
