Dr. Kortne is great. But there's a front desk person at the West Seattle Office with a nasty attitude. Long story short, I told her I didn't get an appointment reminder when I checked in. She explained to me but with quite a bit of attitude. When I was checking out and making the next appointment, she said to me "make sure to put it on your calendar, so you don't have to rely on the reminder" 😲
Sound Orthodontics is wonderful! Every staff member I've encountered has been great, and I'm loving the progress on my teeth. As an adult, the invisalign solution they offer is a great fit for me and my lifestyle. I'm seeing quick results and completely attribute it to the expertise of the doctors at Sound Orthodontics!
I love this place! Both of my kids have had their braces done here and I had braces as an adult and was also taken care of here. I highly recommend coming here! There are great financing options and I really feel like everyone at this office truly cares about you and your family.
I was referred to Sound Ortho by my daughter as my grandson goes there. I have a crooked jaw and hoped braces could help. They were so friendly and efficient-they took pix and X-rays. But because I have arthritis in my jaw braces wouldn’t work long term. Nevertheless I was so impressed with the staff, their expertise and honesty. And the initial exam was free. I highly recommend them!
We love this place. I would strongly recommend Sound Orthodontics. Both of my boys have received treatment here. The staff is always kind, caring and enthusiastic. Every time we go in we are greeted with a smile. Dr. Jack and Dr. Kortne go above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met and that we are happy with the service we have received. Best Orthodontics office ever!!!!!
