Very responsive, responsible and friendly buying experience. Tae (Terry) Kim gave me the most pleasurable experience in my 50 years of car buying. Excellent user friendly buying process! I came in to inquire about a lease special that I saw advertised. I was skeptical because I've been to too many other dealerships that use the bait and switch process to win/trick you into buying something other than what you intended to purchase. Service I have been going to SB Hyundai since I bought my car in 2012.I know the service people and they treat my car and myself with respect and care. I am not a number. They are efficient and if they tell me my car will be ready in two hours it is; not four. They are careful in the treatment of my car . I wouldn't go anywhere else for service or to buy a new car.
