Detail Service Nice clean detailing service. I only wish the service could be combined with a diagnostic as, my check engine light was also on and, I had previously scheduled the detailing service 6 weeks out. Donnie communicated in a timely manner while I waited in the customer waiting area.
Timeliness When I arrived for my service appointment, service line was overflowing. I thought maybe I should reschedule cause I figure it would take all day to finish my service. Rodger ensured that it would take about 2 - 2-1/2 hrs from my appointment time and he put my car in the front of the line. He also got a Lyft ride for us so we didn't have to wait at the dealership. Lyft showed up in seconds. In about 2-1/2 hours they called to say it was done and to come pickup my car. They made good on their promise.
Still Living off of the EXCITEMENT! Cedric was a big help when it came to letting me know my options for getting into a new vehicle. The process didn't take too long. Before I know it I was able to shred my bus pass and Drive off the lot in my NEW 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport With a full tank of gas!
Super fast service! I had made and appointment for a Saturday morning. They took me in right on time and even had my car finished well before the promised time. My service advisor was helpful and treated me with respect. Will definitely be back!

Great Service Called for a service appointment on Friday and got an appointment for the following Monday at 8:15 am. The service representative told me my car would be ready at noon and it was.
