Ultimately, he's the one that sold us on the car. We couldn't close until the next day, so Omar passed us on to Oscar. Both did a great job of making the transition completely seamless for us. Oscar took the time to take me on a drive of our actual car so that I would be comfortable with it before leaving the dealership.

I drove away not realizing that the psi was at 25 on all tires when it should be at 35. The indicator went on soon after but I was already on my way somewhere else so had to stop and fill up every tire.

I was told I would receive a call when it was ready and also an email with what service was performed. I got neither and finally had to call to inquire of its statis. It also took about 15mins to bring my car out.
