Service was scheduled over the phone. Service was scheduled over the phone. Staff was very helpful. When I got to the dealership, check in was smooth. I wanted in the lobby and the lobby had a nice sitting area while I waited with complementary coffee/tea and snacks.

When scheduling an appointment it would be nice to not have to wait 2 or more hours for just an oil change though. What is the purpose of an appointment if it is the same as walking in. Scheduling appointment should be a benefit. The service center staff is helpful.
