I had to wait over 4 hours to buy/used car and get the I had to wait over 4 hours to buy/used car and get the process complete. I finshed the finance part at 2 our mark. Had to wait two hours to get the car and washed. Oscar was terrible in explaining all the features and left me to deal with another client while I sat there for two hours. The setup in this location is terrible and would not recommend anyone to come here, because all they care was about the sale and not a happy customer.
