Daven treated me with his usual awesome-ness!! South County Lexus is a pleasure to work with. First Class service every time and my morning cappuccino is always waiting. From the friendly guy who meets me at the curb, to Daven my service rep, to the service guys who I don't usually see but they make my car feel like brand new (and clean) again. Great service, beautiful waiting area, clean, and always fun to drive a new loaner car for the day.
Excellent and prompt service, accomodating all my needs and I had to reschedule my service 4 time and they were able to accommodate me pleasantly. They provided me with the unusual times and a loaner vehicle. The gave me extra special attention.

expect the best Having to service your car is never a fun event. Not as bad as going to the dentist but close. South County Lexus and my service coordinator,Daven Anthony, made the service event totally painless. Easy in and quick out. Daven explained everything to be done to my car and how long it would take. Loaner car ready to go. When my car was finished, Daven called me and I picked it up. My car was serviced and washed and I was on my way...painless.
Would never buy a Lexus from anywhere butt this dealership This dealerships sales and service team is the best there is. We live less than a mile from another Lexus dealership and prefer the short drive to this one. In particular, the service operations and team members are the best I've experienced. They treat their customers well and treat all cars like they are their clients' children
Perfection They know what they are doing and are very match with eachother wich is hard to find in other dealerships. My sales manager Mr. Sharifi is a brilliant man! From the way he treats you, you can tell he is not just there to sell cars, he is there to really help! Perfection

Service oil change We brought in our car for an oil change. Clean/ nice service waiting area. Attended to right away. Great service consultant, honest! Have been coming to this dealership for all services since we bought our car.
