Pre Owned Lexus Not only did South County Lexus Mission Viejo have a great price deal but they had a wide range of Pre Owned Lexus cars to choose from in the ES 350 model range. We were very pleased with the service and the selection from which to choose.

Excellent service I was greeted quickly, assigned to a service writer, Luis Nieves, who was courteous and thorough. He checked the service record on my vehicle, filled out the paper work and I was on my way in a loaner car. My car was ready when promised, serviced, washed and sparkling clean.

Love the outstanding service Drew ALWAYS gives!!!!!!! I have been a Lexus customer for OVER 20 yrs! I EXPECT the best because that is what I have had and recognize that is possible. It ALL has to do with the service advisor on where people truly buy their cars. Unless a model of a car truly changes its features that no longer interest a customer, does a customer move on. Lexus Service June 2016 Vince was attentive, thorough and communicative. I like everything about the Lexus service department. I am looking to buy my third Lexus. Great customer service. Vince was great.
I felt very taken care of. Devin is always professional, curtious and makes me feel taken care of. All the employee's are extremely helpful. I've been able to take my car in and pick it up when ever it's convenient.
