Appointments work. I made an appointment for servicing on my RX350. The reception at the service checkin area went smooth with an advisor, Daven Anthony, being immediately there to take care of my needs. Daven handled thing and I had my vehicle back a few hours later. Also the vehicle had been washed and was very clean.

Consistently great service. It was easy to make an online appointment. Luis Nieves went through all the scheduled services with me and set up the loaner car. When I picked up the car in the evening, I had a question on the bill. The next morning Luis called me to address my question and resolved it. We have 3 cars we have served at South County and are always satisfied with the customer service.

What an easy, seamless purchase! My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned car from South County Lexus and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nasser Nadari. Due to traffic, it ended up taking us 5 hours to get there and from the moment we walked in, until we drove away in the vehicle, Nasser went above and beyond what we expected to make our stay there as short and comfortable as possible.
