Our service advisor, Hassan, was very courteous, professional, informative, and caring. The service department provided details of the problems, including pictures which were very helpful. They also provided a loaner at no cost and a nice car wash.

If your looking for a top tier experience then look no further. I drove 50 miles one way. I must tell you the drive was worth it. Too many names to mention. However, one person really was just fabulous. Erin Adams (Guest Experience Manager) was so elevated for a car dealership. Going to South County Lexus IS what you expect from a Tier 1 dealership. These folks are so much more. If youre expecting more? It doesnt exist. Love, Love, Love this dealership.
