EASY and painless Evan (service manager) was great. As a first time customer, processing was very easy. Was on my way in under 20 minutes with a brand new loaner car.
Everything was Completed quickly and no hassels Everyone seems to know exactly how and where your car goes the minute you arrive. I feel it is important to make an appt. ahead and that makes things go even quicker.

Nice Experience working wih Jason Thomas and Ryan yesterday Jason was pleasant to work with. He had the car I thought I wanted detailed and ready for pick up at our appointment. I had previously thought I wanted the Nightfall Mica ES 350 which I seen in the showroom at another Lexus dealership. I changed my mind after seeing this car outside in the sun.
