30,000 mile service Was able to find a more cost effective approach by customizing the maintenance and applying a coupon from another Lexus dealer. Nice waiting area with complimentary coffee/cappuccino/mocha from machine, soda, juice and muffins to snack on. Used to have cookies too and suggest bringing those back for a little variety. Professional and friendly service. After test driving a couple models I decided to purchase a particular vehicle that hadn't arrived yet. I was able to then test drive a similar vehicle, and they kept me up to date on the status of the new vehicle. When I picked it up they provided a very thorough "walk through".
