Ronnie Was wonderful. I needed a new headlight and he was so accomadating and professional. It was a very busy day and he was so polite and helpful. Rare to find such personal service on a day like that. I usually go to Newport Lexus but after meeting Ronnie I just may switch to MV. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM.

High above any other dealership I've been to First of all, I got a really good deal on the car I wanted. After finishing with finance, I was about to drive off the lot and noticed some scratches. They agreed to take care of everything. I'm not very trusting because of my past experiences with other dealerships but it seams Lexus has come through. My car is there right now getting the scratches removed. I have a brand new loaner car. Very nice.
service I live in Rancho Bernardo area but I go to this shop because of the quality of workmanship they provided, and the military discount. Most of the Lexus Dealer here in San Diego area they don't care about the military.

Great customer service Always a pleasure getting my car serviced at South County Lexus of Mission Viejo. Drew and all the employees at SCL provide excellent customer service. I have been bringing my IS350 to SCL since 2007 and due to the excellent service my car looks and drives like brand new. Would not think of going anywhere else.
