Excellent customer service South County Lexus and my service advisor, Daven Anthony, always make my service experience pleasant and painless. They provide excellent service and contact throughout each service. This is the only dealership that I take my nx200t to for service. In addition, I am considering a new nx200t and the sales mgr has been very transparent with me on pricing and no pressure.

Quality people, excellent service, informative experience 10 out of 10! Everyone we encountered at the dealership was top notch and people I would do business with again. They even stayed late to accomodate our schedule so we could complete the sale and go home with our car that night. If you want a low pressure, transparent, informative experience this place is for you. Much different (in a pleasantly surprising way) than what I mentally prepared myself for when I realized it was time to car shop.
Straight forward and friendly Negotiated price was quickly worked out in face of competition. Sales person was patient and not pushy. The finance person explained coverage options very clearly, but did not pressure me to purchase more than I wanted.
