Quick service and people/sales reps are nice as well
Customer service is great and the mechanics know what they are doing
We came to SV after a bad experience the same day at another Lexus dealer. What a difference! First, the sales person actually knew everything about the vehicle, showed us all the features and set us up for a test drive. Then we met up with the sales manager (always have to see this person when buying a car). The SM was down to earth and while he did "suggest" a couple of dealer added items, we were not pressured, lied to or otherwise given false info. We bought the car at the price we wanted.
