Gave me what I wanted I have been coming back to this location for many years with the same sales rep (JR). He is always patient in answering my questions. Even gave me his personal cellphone so when I have concerns or questions re my car, he answers it. The billing and the IT people are also very supportive. They are not pushy when trying to sell you. Excellent customer service I have been to this Lexus Dealer mostly for the location , the convenience since it is the closest to where I live, since I moving to the OC 3 1/2 years ago. They do not have the best pricing compared to where I have actually purchased my Lexus vehicles , which number 5 . This specific visit was the best customer service , I have received however after several visits to this Lexus store. Timely , efficenent , quick communication.
