Drew is the Best!!!! I have had my RX 350 and LS 460 both serviced with you for over 7 years. Drew Jacobsen always comes through and I only ask for him as I know I will get the information I need and the superb Lexus Service their dealership is prided upon. No pressure and amazing service from Jeffrey the cost to fix my mirror was too much to complete. They were very nice though. I will enjoy the service. Thanks so much. I will be back. Beyond what I expected I expected the service and accommodations to be high caliber because, after all, I was purchasing a high caliber vehicle. excellent i will recommend this dealership , because i just came to test drive es 350 . my sales person was Mr. Matt Hasso . he was very good and kind , he fund the car i want .I lease the car , the finance person was very nice as well.

Above average car buying experience I worked with Bradley, the Internet Director. He found the car I wanted and there was a "no" haggle approach to the sale. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I had a slight accident the day after I purchased the car and called him. He called Drew in the Service Dept. and the car was repaired within 10 minutes!! Bob Gray in Finance couldn't have been nicer to work with as well. A friendly dealership I was looking for a new car for my family and I did a lot of research online, but I was still undecided on which car I liked the most.
