Good Car Buying Experience We were able to look around the lot a bit without being hit with questions and pressure. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Bregina answered our questions and led us to the cars for which we were interested. We were given a fair trade-in and a fair deal. This is our third car from this dealership.

Excellent customer service. I went for air bag recall. They already prepared the paperwork and loan car for me before my arrive. It took less then 10 minutes to complete the process. I am very happy for the service. Everybody I met were very friendly and they went extra mile and washed my car.

Great Service I took my Lexus CT200h in for its 5000 mile service and Zatak application and my service advisor, Issac, was very helpful and friendly. My car was finished 2 hours ahead of schedule. I am a long time customer of South County Lexus.

Lexus service second to none. From the moment I drop my car, the crew is ready to help... having little ones, dropping two hours early to get start with the weekend is any parents routine... Daven and the South county Lexus team was very helpful to accommodate the early drop off... coffee and light snacks for the little one are a good touch of customer service... it doesn’t need to be expensive to retain a customer... just like our family... small stuff such as juice for kids, snacks and coffee for parents are enough.
