great interface w/ svc advisor, Alex Cruz. He was very professional, through and accommodating. Pricing for the svc performed was what I expected. No problems w/ any items that were serviced. The only complaint that I have, that costed a one star downgrade, was that the car wash was very sloppy. I've had a number of car washes performed in the past and it was done perfectly; tree and bird droppings were removed and tires were properly treated. It's like, I felt the power of the engine again.
Also ball joint and front brakes replaced as well as alignment, oil change and motor mount.
My service guy was great, my car is always given excellent care and service is actually a nice part of the Lexus experience!
