Service advisor was good to work with. Turnaround time for service was decent as well. The only issue encountered is they removed all tables from the waiting area. I intended to get some work done which then wasn't possible. A bit disappointing.
The entire service was covered under warranty although they held onto the car for approximately a week. I was provided a loaner car. The service technician was very helpful during the process.
Lexus service has always been great throughout the years.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism I experienced at South Coast Lexus. The two salesmen that assisted me, Matt and Enzo, were special and provided me with my Lexus in a non-threatening, no hassle way. The general manager and finance department were also very helpful....
