Absolutely LOVE SPAH, I recently moved to Austin and was looking for a Vet when my Pup got sick! I immediately could tell they actually cared about my pet’s well being. My previous Vet would rack up the bill as much as he could and never offered long term fixes. I left singing their praises, they offered solutions, suggested great preventatives to keep my Shih-Tzu happy and healthy instead of costly bandaids that brought him back every few months! I’ll be back for a dental cleaning soon!
Brad is amazing and his staff truly reflects his views. I won’t bring my animals anywhere else. They are nothing but kind and helpful. I happy I found a vet I can trust.
I had a great visit with my cat Hoefler today! He’s horrible and sassy at the vet and with strangers and Dr. Liu and Elisabeth did a phenomenal job working with him and making sure he was treated with care. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Liu if you have a kitty that needs a calm and relaxing presence. Also, I loved the fact that there’s a separate entrance for dogs vs cats! Very convenient for my scared kitty. Thank you so much for your help!
South Park Animal Hospital: 5+ stars, best in South Austin. The owner, Veterinarian Brad Singleton is one of the best I have worked with. His staff and management are all wonderful. I’ve always have a great experience at this practice. We don’t have any children and our pets are our babies. I have anxiety/ocd and tend to over analyze and worry. We just got a new puppy and your staff has been so incredibly helpful the whole time. I have emailed several times with questions/concerns and your front staff is always quick to reply with a clear answer in a friendly manner. Every person I’ve encountered at your office has been kind and professional. I will continue to refer friends and family here!
I love this place! They took great care of our dog, Queso. Jaqueline and Dr. Andrews were awesome, very professional and took the time to make sure everything looked good with our dog. We got a letter in the mail asking Queso to remind his favorite human about his health care services that were due, it was the cutest thing ever!!!!
We have 11 cats -- half of them with special needs -- and South Park Animal Hospital is the only place we'll take them from now on. The staff are amazing -- kind, patient, and willing to work with you to find treatments that work within your budget. I love that they have the "cats only" section. Every cat we've brought there has been so at ease. We just can't say enough good things about this place and Dr Thompson in particular -- she's awesome!
