I needed my pets dewormed and the paperwork done for my move to Scotland with my 4 senior dogs. They were absolutely wonderful and professional. If I lived here, I would make them my permanent vet. Great experience
this is the kind of veterinary hospital you dream about. Everyone who works here, without exception, cares deeply about our pets and us. They're clear in their diagnoses and treatment plan suggestions, honest about what they don't know, and have a great work of doctors specialist to whom they can refer the mystery patient. But mostly they know their stuff; they'll never tell you what to do, but they're clear about recommendations. knowledgeable, empathic, animal lovers from head to toe. I'd be lost without them.
I have been going to South Putnam Animal Hospital for years. The doctors and staff are exceptional. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are kind both with the animals and with their parents . I have never had an issue making an appointment for my cat even if it's last minute. They are reasonably priced and worth every dime. I highly recommend them.

Since moving to the neighbourhood with three mischievous cats last year, South Putnam Animal hospital have overseen their care. We've always found them extremely friendly and professional, with each staff member genuinely caring for each little creature as if it were their own. I only moved to the neighborhood a week ago and my senior dog was suffering from congestive heart failure. I called a number of places and was promptly told no availability. I called So Putnam Animal and was seen that very afternoon. The doctor took time to review my dogs medical records so she became familiar with my dog. I highly recommend and now have a permanent vet.

I have not had a pet in 25 years and recently widowed and being 75 years old, I of course adopted 2 tiny kittens. I should have my head examined but in 3 weeks they have bought me so much joy and they love to cuddle together snd with me. I of course brought them to SPAV to be examined and start their vaccines. They are in great health snd the staff seemed to love them as much as I do. I asked lots of questions and they were all answered. Snd they are near my house which is terrific. See you in a few weeks

best of the best.they treat my baby like it was a member of the family! good advice, good treatement. they have been taking care of my 1 1/2 year old golden retriver since 8 weeks of age. chelly is my first female golden retriever. i have have several males over the years and several vets. finally found the best vets!!!!
