Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, nurses were extremely professional and had me on laughing gas and calmed me down before the surgery (I get super nervous). Went under for a “nap” woke up in my living room with all 4 teeth gone and minimal pain. Been taking prescription meds and they even called to check on me twice now. Would recommend to get wisdom teeth surgery done here. Wonderful doctors, wonderful kind staff.
Had 2 wisdom teeth extracted under IV anesthesia. Easy, quick experience even as an adult who put this off for way too long! Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. They know what they're doing and their expertise shows! Post-op has been uncomplicated thus far and they made it clear they were available for any and all questions in the recovery process. I cannot rave enough about the empathy & professionalism that was shown to me for an emergency extraction I needed this week. I was in 10/10 pain, at a loss of what to do and this wonderful team fit me in the same day and took care of me. From the minute I walked in, the experience was wonderful. They ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. Thank you SO much for eliminating my pain on such short notice!
Everything went great up until the procedure. Daughter woke up crying in pain. They gave her a 2nd shot of Novocain and it did nothing. Nurse told her that happens sometimes—your body absorbs it. Nothing more than Tylenol and ibuprofen suggested. Finally got doc to give her something more, but no more checking on her. No help with how to take her meds, since T3 wasn’t enough. Day 6 after procedure and she still has pain at a 6!!! No dry sockets, but not impressed!!! Doc and nurse didn’t seem to care.
They were excellent at making me feel at ease. They were kind and compassionate. I felt they were truly interested in my well-being and my comfort as well as providing excellent care. They were masterful at managing my pain and extracting two teeth with bone grafts.
