Greeting and explanations at arrival were excellent. Nurse was informative and showed xrays with explanation as O wasn't the parent at the consult. Answered questions and reassured my son. After procedure Doctor stuck his head in to recheck. Pamphlet was explained and highlighted. 2 people helped walk us out to ensure my son's safety. A follow up phone call was made later in the day. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this office to friends and family. Everyone was friendly, caring and helpful from the front desk to checkout. The dental assistant explained to me what I was to expect to prepare me for the procedure and made me feel comfortable. The dentist explained what he was doing. It was done before I knew it. Also it was affordable. Thank you all very much.
Scheduled consult and wisdom teeth removal for 2 teen boys. Friendly staff upon arriving, was given detailed information from all staff so we knew what to expect. Loved having quotes at consults and time to think about sedation options. Overall great experience!
I had an extraction completed at SEMOMS earlier this week and had a great experience. From checking into the front desk to my actual procedure, everyone I encountered was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout my procedure and confident about my aftercare upon leaving. I would return to SEMOMS again if needing similar work done. Thanks for the great care!
Very pleasant experience considering it was yucky dental work. The team works well together with respect for each other and they include the patient into that team. It's obvious they all enjoy their jobs. Overall they made me feel respected and not just a number.
