I give five stars only to Dr. Cheung and having a smooth extraction done. Billing on the other hand needs help! How can you only have one person work a half day one day a week and cover 3 busy offices and then i am told by your office in mission hills "you will see your refund for being over billed when the biller gets around to it"? Also you should update your website because it shows under insurance that you take Metlife in mission hills which i know and was told you dont but this is misleading. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled out and Doctor Ho did a marvelous job! My son is recovering very quickly with no side effects! The staff at the clinic were very professional and courteous including Maricela and Linda. The surgical assistant Esher, Val and Alejandra were outstanding as well! What a great experience! Great Experience. I had dental extraction surgery as I am getting an implant for a tooth and it was such a smooth, great experience. Dr. Cheung is an expert, I didn't even feel a thing and the communication process is fantastic. Also Zoraida was assisting and she also provided great communication to help with a really smooth procedure. Thank you so much. Not to long before my implant is in!
It wasn’t what I expected went better then I thought. My head was thinking the worse at the moment especially because I don’t like dentist or any surgery. I went to remove my wisdom tooth and Dr. Tsai was amazing. The front desk Jannette and Christine are the friendliest and sure make you feel welcomed even with covid-19 going on. I definitely will go back if needed.
I had the first phase of my dental implant surgery performed yesterday in the Rowland Heights location and the staff was wonderful (especially Esther) who made sure that I was at ease prior to my procedure. Everybody in the office is friendly, knowledgeable (Mari, Linda, Ale & Val) and always willing to help!
