This facility does not deserve a one star, in order to leave a comment I had to hit the star. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed with oral surgery this morning. She was put to sleep but woke through the procedure, she held her hand up to let the staff know she was awake. My daughter was instructed to put her hands down they were almost done. My teeth have been a problem for some time, and when I was finally told that my insurance covers oral surgery, I was needless to say excited. Then after getting the day of my surgery changed twice, putting me in a position to be still heading at my birthday and holidays. Very disappointed.
The staff were absolutely amazing. To say that I’m terrified of needles is a understatement. But the staff was so absolutely considerate and did their best to comfort me through the IV process. I am very grateful for their understanding.
I suffered for 9 days with an abscess tooth, couldn’t get my mouth open wide enough to get it pulled from regular dentist, 3 emergency room visits and every oral surgeon in my area couldn’t fit me in for another week! I called here, the scheduled me emergency oral surgery the next day! They are over an hour away from my home, but still fit me in! They were all very nice and sounded truly caring about my situation. Very, personable from the reception to the pre-op and post-op, excellence at every step. I would definitely recommend the surgical teams at the Bowling Green and Franklin locations, as Dr Williams worked with both teams extremely well. All were coordinated and highly effective at providing the skills needed for the Doctor to perform at his best. Thanks, Shawn
