Time waiting for doctor on exam room still too long

There's a problem with the billing area can't seem to know why I have a balance but denied me a follow-up visit to Dr Coleman unless and until this mysterious balance was paid whereas a week before on 3 31 26 there was no problem paid my copay of 39 dollars which is all I pay insurance pays the remainder balance been this way all along then this person with major attitude informed me of the above..it's also very interesting that Coleman has not reached out to check on my toe for which she prescribed a very powerful antibioti... read more
Arrived abou 2:35. Appt was at 3pm. Didn't see a dr until about 3:45 for a 15 minute appt. Understand others were added due to weather. But, especially since a short appt, do not feel we should have been pushed back. Even were called back after patients that arrived after 3pm. Feel other patients should have been worked in, but we shouldn't have been pushed back 45 minutes.
The care I received was excellent how they did not properly disclose the change in policy regarding payment of balance prior to seeing the doctor. They notified me less. Than 24 hours before my appointment.
Handled in professional manner. Staff was helpful. Ball of feet feel better. Toes are still hurting.
Dr. Coleman was friendly, polite and courteous. I enjoyed visiting with her. I would have appreciated some helping putting my compression socks back on.
Experience was good except that we sat in exam room a long time before the doctor came in.
Wait times are excessive time management needs to improve ridiculous to be running so far behind that wait times are running 30 to 45 minutes behind...do better
