I just took my 17 year old cat there, Charlie. The vet removed his tooth teeth so he can eat again & not be suffering in total agony anymore. We got home & he's already eaten more than I've seen him eat in a long time! The staff here are extremely warm, inviting & supportive. I highly recommend this place to everyone❣

My husband and I burst through their doors in absolute crisis with our beloved dog last night. Our Watsons lungs had collapsed. We were hysterical and could hardly communicate after the drive there. My old Kitty had a sudden fatal episode of course late at night. So I drove from Grants Pass to Medford. They were very kind and promptly Diagnosed then help me send him over the rainbow bridge in the most humane way.The only thing I didnt like was they were gonna charge me $210 To cremate a 10 pound cat through Steven's family chapel. I said no and brought him home. I took him to Steven's family chapel the next day and got the very same cremation service for $85. They were so great! We brought our puppy in for lethargic behavior among other concerning symptoms and we were taken straight back and evaluated. The vet tech waited in the room with me while the parvo test resulted so I knew she was negative the moment that staff did. Dr. Mayfield was amazing, went through all our options and was honest with what tests could be done but were expensive and not really necessary.
