The best thing was that there was no charge for anything, because it was a new car. And I love that they wash the car when they service it.

The service rep was excellent. However I do not appreciate being pinged by a sales rep while I waiting for my car. It's a lease so I cannot convey title. Do your homework. I was also escorted through the car wash line which is dangerous.
