Rachel Webb is a great customer service advisor! She made recommendations about which services were more of a priority and which could wait. She assured me that my pre-payments would be applied to oil change and tire rotation. She explained that Southpoint Honda discloses all car service to CarFax for accurate record keeping while other service providers do not. I appreciated her communication skills, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
Finance mgr (white male) was very rude. Vehicle was NOT clean when scheduled to pick up so had to wait again.
