I was disappointed when I got in my car to leave the dealership, the plastic protective cover was on the seat, floor mat papers in the floor. Also I checked the fluids when I got home and they were not topped off. Maybe I was mistaken about the service that I was suppose to receive, but I thought that topping off the fluids was included in the service. I liked the friendliness of the people and the openness of the waiting area.
The entire staff was courteous and genuine. The best thing about the experience was NO HARD SELL tactics. thank you
I made an appt with a particular service advisor online, but was directed to someone else (-1). After service was complete (1 hr), car sat for another 30 minutes without anyone notifying me (-1). I finally had to ask for it. It was waiting for the keys - wrong, keys were in car (-1). It was truly waiting for the free car wash I had been promised, but too late, I had to go (-1). But: 2nd oil change free for my 2022 Pilot (+1).
