I was pleased with the service and the staff in the service department. The work was completed in the amount of time that was communicated to me. The text message update system worked well. The only minor quibble was the fact that I wasn't told at a previous service engagement the thickness of my brake pads which would have helped me better prioritize service requirements for my car.
Prompt and courteous service. Very personal with updates given frequently. The person with us was friendly and went out of her way to help us.
We purchased a vehicle from Southpoint Honda and it was a great experience. I worked with both Sebastian and Kendal and they made purchasing the vehicle very pleasurable. No high pressure and all negotiations were done over the phone. I would highly recommend visiting Southpoint Honda if you plan on purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you Sebastian and Kendal.
Explained everything. Service done very timely. Excellent, clean waiting area. Only issue was asked for help changing selection on a feature and it was not done successfully. Still waiting for them to tell me how to change this display feature.
Our service advisor, Joseph, was exemplary, knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding of our needs.
Comfortable and clean facility. It would be nice, however, if the drinks and snacks were complimentary--as much as we are spending on maintenance. The Hyundai dealership in Cary offers both complimentary, so there are dealerships who do this.
I did not have an appointment and needed my front right tire looked at for a slow leak. Russell greeted me and explained that they would patch the leak if they could and if they could not I would need to get new tire. I received a photo of my car tire and the location where the nail was located. I appreciated being prepared in advance for the possibility of needing a new tire if a patch would not work. The car was ready with in the time frame given for the repair. Great service:)
Very helpful and friendly. They contacted me immediately and answered my questions.
Went into the dealership without an appointment because I needed a new Battery. I was back out within 30 minutes.
