I brought my 2024 Honda HRV in for the recall to fix the steering gear box problem. I had been trying to get this problem fixed for several months. Joe DeFrancesco was the service consultant who helped me. He called as soon as a shipment of parts was coming in, made sure a part would be held for my car and scheduled an appointment quickly. I've been servicing my Honda's maintenance at Southpoint for 14 years. My service contact (Charlie) has been a key to high quality, efficient and cost effective maintenance. The new facility is very nice. Communications and reminders are helpful.
