Ryan Howell was my service advisor. He took the time to explain everything. I was in and out in the time he projected What I did not like is that the appointment rep who set up this Recall R&M work was unable to tell me how long this would take. That way, I would have some reasonable expectation of how my day would be consumed. I realize that the service time turnaround is based on how busy the dealership is that particular day.
