Service was quick and I was kept updated on status
Normally these guys have great customer care and do great service work but recently they've been slacking, and thus my mother in-law and I have had growing skepticism. One simple example, I spent 2x as much or more for an oil change and then find out they didn't even reset the in dash oil gage. Not a big deal, but details matter and like I said, they've been slacking. I'll still take my Hondas there, but I'll probably do the work myself whenever possible.
Service Coordinator did excellent service and handled it professionally. I appreciate him and South Point Honda service center. Thanks.
A great experience as usual and Rachel, my service advisor for that day was awesome! She was attentive, listened to me, and provided me updates quickly. An overall great experience!
