Awesome service. Ed went the extra mile to trouble shoot what was needed to fix my car. He worked with a technician and made sure my CR-V was serviced in a timely manner. I came to the service department at 4:45 Friday afternoon. Ed arranged a ride for me to get back home. Ed wanted my car to be available first thing Monday morning. Fortunately the part that was needed was in stock and I picked up my car on Tuesday. In addition Ed inquired about the extended warranty I had purchased. This was my first car service and it went very smooth. No hassle at all and I was in and out, in the time frame my service advisor, Daniel, indicated. Daniel also let me know what my next service will entail. I really appreciate knowing what to expect.
