Without a doubt, Southpoint Honda is the best dealership to deal with. Another dealership attempted to fix the problem twice to no avail. My Service Writer at Southpoint, Joe Defrancesco, arranged to fix the car correctly and promptly. They even arranged to get me a loaner vehicle when the car was being repaired. I have nothing but the highest praise for this dealership and for Joe D. Thanks for your help in correcting this matter.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with Daniel the Advisor. He was very kind, polite and explained the issues that needed to be addressed. He did like all "great"sales persons do he gave me the top brand of tires but we negotiated and looked at a few other options that worked best for my budget.
