Took over 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Service was great just took a lot longer than any other service I have had at Honda dealership before.and I had an appointment
I like the convenience of it. You make the appointment and show up at the appointed time the door opens as your approach. A service writer approaches with a very personal and friendly demeanor and you get started. You go over to their desk while someone whisks your car away to begin. Very modern.
