Excellent experience with good communication and easy shuttle service.
Southpoint Honda recently completed some required recall work on my Ridgeline. They reached out to me to let me know of the recall, scheduled the appointment, and had the work completed quickly on the scheduled time. Don, my service advisor, was great. I will return for work in the future.

I service experience at South Point Honda has been Very Good
The service was very good, and the service person was excellent. However, what was to be just the annual inspection turned out to be over $400. They also recommended a service that would cost about $350.00, but upon some research and consultation with experts, I learned that this service isn't necessary, and that it can basically be done for about $25. I have had good service with Southpoint Honda, but as with all service dealers, I am wary of their trying to sell unnecessary services at outrageous prices.
