My service advisor, Charles Melella, did an excellent job handling my concerns - water in driver's side well. However, Crown Honda at Southpoint service department in is great need of a water vac. Mr. Melella had to "sop" up the water with a towel!!!!! They wound up replacing the sunroof but I had to return after another rain storm brought water back into the well. Seems the sunroof was not put in properly.
Service rep was knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly .
I use their shuttle service. I drop off my car, they take me to work and pick me up when my car is ready.
Great service advisor, quick service, no upsales. Great experience!

I'm always treated wonderfully, and my car is very well taken care of.
Easy to schedule. Easy check in - I really that they have access to review history and make any recommendations. Done in time quoted. One tweak - review what was actually done rather than relying on customer reading it after the fact. Excellent overall.
