A master mechanic adjusted the valves on my 2010 Honda CRV and everything was fine. While my SUV was being worked on, I was able to take their shuttle home and was picked up when it was ready. This is a nice convenience!! My service agent, Joe De Francisco kept me appraised about the engine work.
Very professional and friendly service. They located a significant safety issue that our regular service shop in another state where we lived was unable to fix. This wasn't an upsell because I was aware of the issue and hadn't mentioned it; it came up during the safety inspection. Very nice, super clean facility!
