Everything was wonderful! Was fast and easy!
Everybody was nice and friendly. Two recall repairs were done quickly. However, the recall on the side mirrors had to wait for yet another recall visit: that THIS was only a pre-recall visit and now the mirrors would be ordered for future installation was not explained to either of us.
Bret has always taken very good care of my car. He is excellent at Customer Service. Sam the senior mechanic keeps me safe. I would not go anywhere else They r the Best.

I had a great sales team working with me at Southpoint Honda, from my first visit all the way through driving off the lot in my vehicle. Loiy and Shakir were very attentive to what I was looking for and checking in, without being overbearing. It was a great experience.
I received excellent service at Southpoint Honda. Demario Speed was exceptionally helpful and gave me lots of time on the phone and in person to sort out how to repair my car. He gave excellent advice and was concerned for my best interests.

My experience was good until I received notice that my vehicle needed service for items that was incorrect. I felt the technician was trying to make false claims against me because I am a female. I dont trust them with the care of my vehicle.
