Too expensive rotation, balance and alignment
Donny and Loiy were terrific, very knowledgeable, professional and patient while we were trying different models and making sure they understood our preferences and what we did not want. The wait to get into finance to process the paperwork was long (it seemed that they could use more staff there) and once finally in, the paperwork was in order and overall went smoothly but we had to listen to the sales pitches for extra coverage, etc. Sales 5 stars, Finance processes 3.5 stars.
I made an appointment online. Joe D. made sure the car was properly serviced. I picked up a clean car. I hope to keep it going another 90K miles.
