Very professional and courteous
I have been a Honda owner since 2006, and recently acquired a new Honda Pilot. As a female of color, especially Latinx, it's often rare to have a positive experience at dealerships. Chris Wallace at your dealership is the exception. He's been incredibly professional, culturally sensitive, and respectful. His patience and detailed explanations are greatly appreciated.
