Southpoint Honda is great place to go to get your car serviced. I have no complaints.
I wish to commend Russell Willis, Southpoint Honda service consultant, for his courteous demeanor and for efforts to get the problem with my 2019 CRV resolved. He and the whole service team went above and beyond in seeing that the repairs to my car were completed expertly and expeditiously.

It took forever (months) to get the key blank from Honda, but once they did, I was contacted immediately and scheduled promptly
My service rep Joe D is the very best! He discussed all the work needed or that I should keep in mind, we made decisions on repairs together with a clear understanding of purpose/costs,, and the car was ready on-time. Also, as a Costco member, I used my coupon to reduce charges. Just need to be aware and discuss ahead shop charges added to bill in addition to estimates. And check your service records for past work.
