Great service experience!
Excellent service always from Joe D, Charlie and the rest of the service group. Will always use them.
I never got the recall done and was sent home because the computers were slow and customers were backed up.
Excellent attention, Joe M. took good care of us. He always makes sure our needs are met. Oil change, rotation and new windshield wipers. We took car out night before so it was convenient for us to pick up. They called when ready.

The service guy was very nice, thorough and complete. If he worked somewhere else he could be your best friend. However, if your car only has 30some thousand miles on it and you get an oil change, filter and rotate the tires, you really don't expect to see the dealership try to sell you on over a twelve hundred dollars of additional charges for changing every fluid in the car. That is the part of service at a dealership that you always wonder about.
Demorio was an excellent service technician! I was very happy with my service experience. I will happily bring my car to Southpoint for future service needs.
The representative was very attentive, thorough, and friendly. Service was timely and the waiting area was comfortable.
